100-night comfort guarantee
If you feel uncomfortable after sleeping on your mattress for three weeks, you can apply for this guarantee for after-sales service.
1) The minimum usage time is 21 nights.
2) You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
3) You must use a mattress protector.
4) This guarantee does not apply to the color, height or width of your bed (please make sure to choose the same as your bed frame when purchasing).
5) After the 100-night trial, the comfort level will not be applied to this guarantee and will not be subject to the warranty policy.
6) If you choose to exchange, you will need to pay 10% of the original bed value and re-shipping fees to cover part of the cost.
7) If you choose to exchange for a more expensive mattress, you will also need to pay the difference in price.

The comfort trial does not apply if you:
1) Did not use a mattress protector
2) Misused or damaged the mattress (including accidental damage)
3) The mattress is not the original structure (do not modify or repair the mattress)
4) Neglected to keep it clean, or it is worn
